Green River Christian Academy, as a ministry of Green River Bible Baptist Church, exists to assist parents in teaching students to glorify Jesus Christ in the pursuit of spiritual, academic, physical, and social excellence.
Our History:
Green River Christian Academy was founded in 1995 as a ministry of Green River Bible Baptist Church. The Academy currently serves students in grades K5-6th and is a member of the American Association of Christian Schools and the Colorado Association of Christian Schools.
In October 2015, the Academy came under the administration of Jeff Chappell who has 10 years teaching and administrative experience and a Master of Science in Educational Administration from Pensacola Christian College. Pastor Chappell and the Faculty desire to see GRCA continue to excel in academics and to reach our community for Christ.

Our Mission In Practice:
We desire to lead our students to a saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ and then assist them in conforming their lives to His image. The spiritual, social and academic atmosphere at GRCA is designed to produce productive, intelligent young people who are prepared and willing to take the message of Jesus Christ into our society.
We consider our school as an extension of the home; therefore, it is imperative that parents create an atmosphere at home that is supportive of the goals and programs of the Academy. Our commitment to high standards is evident by our expectations regarding personal responsibility in dress, conduct, respect and academic achievement.
Our dedicated and qualified teaching staff works to give your child the academic, social and spiritual foundation needed to excel in life. Proper discipline mixed with compassion creates an environment that is conducive to learning and proper social development.
